Eanna UCC Compensation

Hello Adventurers,

As many of you are aware, there were issues with UCC not transferring on Eanna during the server Evolutions. We made XL aware of this, and both XL and Trion promptly began working on a fix for this issue. After exhausting several approaches to solve the problem, we have unfortunately come to the conclusion that compensation for lost crest brainstorms to remake prior crests is the only path forward.

Each character on Eanna affected by this issue will be granted a number of Bound Crest Brainstorms equal to the amount of UCC you owned on September 7th 2017, and subsequently lost. We will also be including an additional 10 Bound Crest Brainstorms. This compensation will be on a per character basis.

We are working to have the compensation delivered by November 21st 2017 (tomorrow).

I (Muzzy) accidentally removed the connectivity thread – it's coming back

Hi all,

I’ve made a mistake – I accidentally removed the connectivity thread. This was not malicious. I just removed the wrong thread.

I’ve reached out to our team to see if we can recover the most recent back up of it. There may be some posts missing at the end of the 65 pages, but it looks like it’s doable.

I feel like a complete dolt and apologize profusely for my error.

I’ll update in there as soon as the team has undone my screw up. (The DDoS seems to have abated.)

Hey Adventurers,

This week we’ll be discussing the DDoS causing connectivity issues, giving a reminder of the Maelstrom release schedule, and talking about the Gem overhaul system in 4.0. We’ll be bringing as much information as we have at this time. That being said, we won’t have all of the information, as we won’t have an up to date build from XL yet.

Because of this, I’ll be creating a "Q&A:4.0 Gem" thread AFTER the stream for players to post further questions in. I’ll include a link to the livestream vod as well.

Keep in mind that we may not have all the information available to answer certain questions (like reasons for balance), and some questions may have answers that we aren’t ready to reveal quite yet.

If you happen to ask a question that isn’t answered on stream, please take it to the forum! Be sure to search for your topic first, as the discussion may have already been started.
